In keeping with Tradition Eleven and Twelve, we respect the anonymity of all of our North Florida members and take seriously the confidentiality of every visitor’s personal information. Providing a safe place in which to mutually exchange our experience, strength and hope allows us to carry out our sole purpose of offering hope and recovery to those affected by someone else’s drinking.
You may browse the pages of our website anonymously without identifying yourself or leaving any personal information. The only information we collect comes from our web hosting service. This data provides us with helpful information so that we may better serve the public. This may include, but is not limited to:
- what site (if any) referred you to us
- your internet service provider and the browser you use
- the number of and which pages you viewed
You may decide to offer your personal information when you fill out a form or offer feedback or email us with questions. Only the data you supply will be transmitted to us and used to fulfill your request. The information provided is used internally and never shared with any third party or another Al-anon service entity.
The North Florida Area invites you to leave a comment to those articles that have inspired you when you are so inclined. Participation requires you to log in with a user name and password. If it is your first time contributing, there may be a delay in your post appearing. All posts are screened and moderated to preserve the integrity of our website. Please be considerate and THINK before you contribute (Is it Thoughtful, Intelligent, Necessary and Kind?).
As a service to NFA members, we maintain an email list for those who would like to receive notification of upcoming events or newsworthy information. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to our list at any time. To opt out of future electronic communications, please send us an email with the word “Unsubscribe” and your user name in the subject line. We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in a timely manor.
